However, if other teams can have some "luck" (for a lack of a better word here) and have young and/or inexperienced play as if they were "ahead of schedule," then why can't the same thing happen at VT? Now mind you I am not comparing VT to the blue blood programs, but to peer programs (i.e. TCU, K-State, Miss State, maybe Sparty, maybe Wisky, etc).
