I believe the NCAA state that if an OL is going to be an eligible receiver


then he must change jersey numbers and tell the number change to the official. If he is going to continue wearing his OL number, then he can only score a TD on a toss, sweep, handoff, or fumble recovery in the endzone....but no fumblerooski.
