You'd think that a "great" DC would be enough to attract great talent. He's never been known as a recruiter and now he's no longer known as a great DC, so sometimes a once great guy needs to be told that it is time to retire. HOF head coach Frank Beamer realized that his polish was rubbing off, so he retired. Foster needs to look into that same mirror and admit that he's not now what he once was. It happens to everyone - some take it with grace and others refuse to admit it until they are fired. That would be unfortunate for Foster but I really see that coming in his case. Go out with style man!
