Fair enough. I want to be excited about VT football. And I'm not.

I actually like Fuente as a coach, for the most part. I like his offense. I like that he kept Bud. I like his demeanor.

But I do NOT think he has gotten the fanbase on his side as much as he could. I think for a long time, VT has taken fans for granted and it was simply Beamer's success and character that kept folks happy enough.
