Agreed...but it is still more expensive to stay there for 3 nights than it

is in Detroit or St. Louis. Wrestling is a sport with a heavy blue collar following. Some of the people you see that the tournament every year go there as their vacation. The decision on whether to attend or not (for many of them) hinges on if they can drive there and if they can find a place to stay that is not $250 a night. Wrestling fans are the best and I would hate to see the NCAA tournament get turned into a "corporate" event like so many of the sporting events are these days. Part of the whole charm of the tournament is the people who attend and the passion they bring. It has a completely different feel than an NBA game or the Super Bowl and is the reason that I love the tournament so much. If keeping the tournament in blue collar cities helps to preserve that dynamic, I am all for it. When I go, I am there to see wrestling and could care less about all the other stuff there may or may not be available to do while I am there. I can get all the other stuff when and where I choose on other trips. Just my 2 cents... (p.s. Pittsburgh was a very nice mix of the two. There was plenty to do if you wanted other venues and/or entertainment, and it maintained all the other charm.
