I could be wrong, but I believe the portal is only for enrolled students.


His situation would be similar to an early football signee asking to be released from their commitment before they started school. They would then just go back through the recruiting process as before.

This is a moot point though, because I just don't think we have the scholarship money for him, given that he would be an incoming freshman with another top 100 commit in the same weight an class. Not to mention the other highly ranked recruits for the 2020 class.
