I'm going to have to disagree with you there. Those lists are doing


different things. The 1-8 of the actual AAs is absolutely what counts at the end of the day, but the best wrestler doesn't always win. The rankings are also taking into account matches from earlier in the year as well to give you a better idea of what to expect if those wrestlers were to see each other next year. Lewis has a couple of losses that aren't "bad" but certainly worse losses than the other elite guys. Up until this weekend he didn't have the elite wins. The point remains though that this isn't what the rankings are about. If Lewis went undefeated in the regular season, but lost his first two bouts, would you think it was fair that he is in the 30s?
