Wow. FSU had 3 no hitters in 4 games last week

In looking at some of the ACC performances last week, this one jumped out at me.

Megan King no hit Notre Dame on Sunday, March 17th, She would have had a perfect game except for a fielding error in the 7th.

Then, freshman Makinzy Herzog and sophomore Kara Bilodeau combined to toss a no-hitter on Tuesday against Florida A&M .

On Wednesday, freshman Sandercock allowed one unearned run and scatted 5 hits as the Noles run-ruled North Florida 9-1.

Then on Friday, King threw her second consecutive no hitter as she blanked NC State 9-0.

State broke her no hit streak on Sunday by recording 3 hits, but still didn't score against her. Her scoreless streak is now at 20.1 innings.

FSU is going to be a tough out as they look to defend last season's national title.
