Needs to hit 165+ allowance (2 lbs for the final I think)


Can hydrae like 6 lbs per hour but you don't want to get too slow or heavy. I'd bet he was about 180-185 at match time.

Years ago a very funny photo surfaced from Wisconsin's 133 and 157, where the 133 outweighed the 157 the morning after. Dardenes was notorious for a.monster cut and Ness cut hardly any weight.

I've heard rumors that in the off-season McFadden walks around 200+...
