I think it has to be. I do not see how you can mess with Lewis. And as

others have said, DMF gets another year to acclimate to 174. He finished 5th, which is great (and I admit I did not think he would AA - I happily eat crow on that one), but I think he can do more.

Edit: This is assuming Lewis does not take an Olympic Redshirt as discussed below.
