I do both NFHS and NCAA

As an official...no stalking in a near fall

Because of the positioning of the cradle, Mekhi could not get both shoulders on the mat to secure the fall. He got the 4 NF and then after a while, wanted to get the pin by changing his position. When he did, Cenzo had the presence to get out of it.
