Just tired of anti-millennial in the work place nonsense.
Our young people come in capable and energetic. We are open to their ideas and get a lot of value in return.
I’m serious when I say that if you are having problems with young hires, you need to hire better. Develop systems for fine tuning your hiring needs and build culture into the process.
I don’t see young hires as an issue at all. The complete opposite. Our biggest issue is the middle aged nearing their ceiling who feel entitled to further promotion.
