Bourbons set in front of me, 5 top shelf and 5 rot gut it would be a 50/50 guess to say which one is consider a top shelf one. I don’t even think I could determine which one I liked best with any consistency in a blind test. It all just taste like bourbon.
I don’t have that problem with beer.
