Unless that is an official and trained company tactic? But otherwise our visit to the showroom was excellent with none of those games.

And I'm pretty confident about both companies I'm looking at in terms of the skill and quality of the installation.

And yes, there can be significant differences between vinyl windows. Welding vs screws, glass thickness. Fill in inside the glass. Insulation in the frame. Insulation around the frame during install. And so on. All these will impact how durable and the energy efficiency.
