I agree Buzz is an unusual guy and is very focused on his goals. However he has had some soul searching times in his life and is heavily focused on a family first mentality. He served under Dale Layer at Colo St as an assistant back in the early 2000s and Coach Layer is a very grounded and spiritually based guy. Coach Williams has mentioned how Coach Layer guided him thru some tough times and I knew it would be only a matter of time that Buzz added him to his staff after he was fired at Liberty U in 2016 to serve as an a voice of reason. All that being said Coach Williams is in a very stable and lucrative environment where he has the potential to achieve at a very high level while still maintaining a balanced life. I think he will stay based on that and I hope my hunch is right as I think he has an incredibly high ceiling for success.
