Yes VT has chances to win a title by simply getting to the tournament . That part can certainly be achieved most years
Buzz, and most coaches, though would prefer to start most years with being one of the 8 to 10 schools given the highest probability of cutting down nets . He will imo see an easier path to that at certain other schools not in the ACC.
