Full seeding may eliminate some upsets


I like the full seeding. It avoids a situation where the number 1 or 2 gets the guy in the first round who arguably could have been seeded number 15 or 16. And guys who are seeded number 15 or 16 this year will face someone close to them in ranking rather than getting the benefit of an easy path through a guy who barely qualified.

There will still be some upsets with wrestlers seeded lower (like Joe Smith) who can beat anyone if healthy and wrestling to his potential.
