i have a spanish teacher. i met her fiance at the grocery store. he was wearing a VT first ACC game t-shirt from 2004. funny thing was...i didn't know who he was. we just started talking. me in my bad spanish...him in his great spanish (he's a local). he had no idea really who VT was. he just liked the colors. he was a professional soccer player at some point in his life.
