A&M only pays Kennedy $2.5MM compared to Buzz's current salary of $3MM but they also have a ton of money to spare. One of a small group of schools generating over $200MM in athletic department revenue. They COULD offer Buzz 2-3x Kennedy's salary if they were so inclined.
