Some of these schools have such a high application rate, they turn away thousands of applicants that are fully qualified to handle the course load.

And some of these unqualified rich kids might just be late bloomers. Or at least be able to skate by with enough Gentlemen's C's to graduate. Some if them might even go on to be President some day!
