Nah, just always was fascinated by NTSB crash reports.


Read a bunch of those. I have a fair understanding of aircraft construction/engineering -- quite a bit more than the layman but quite a bit less than the real thing. Wanted to be a pilot when I was 12 -- but somehow got a VT degree in architecture instead. And ended up being a bone marrow transplant nurse through a series of weird happenings.

There's a lot more in common than people think between aviation and ICU nursing, BTW.
