I am not bummed about tuning or qualified drivers being allowed to use

track between qualifiers. What I am bummed about is seeing a whole bunch of drivers try to qualify or even improve on their qualification on Bump Day. I guess I prefer the old way where the pole sitter qualified on Pole Day. Then the following day or weekend (I don't remember which) any driver making a qualifying attempt was locked in the field (I think it ended up to be 16-20 drivers). Finally the rest of the field was set on Bump Day.
