WRT Texas having Tier 1 rights for everything else

wouldn't Texas want all their conference home games for all sports aired on the LHN? If so, then how could Texas still get Tier 1 rights if only their away games air on the ACCN? The only reason I ask is because I seem to have the LHN for now and I see all sorts of sports aired on it, so I would think Texas would want to maintain the status quo if it were to join the ACC.
