Even if American football and Canadian football have the same fate as the dinosaurs, you don't think there will be some other Fall sport to take its place? My point is that the schools will probably try to find some other use for these football stadiums instead of hiring a wrecking crew to demolish them. Regardless if VT is using Lane Stadium for American football, Canadian football, football (aka soccer), lacrosse, field hockey, or any other outdoor sport you can think of, there is a possibility that VT could be faced with a scenario where the demand for tickets exceed the capacity of Lane Stadium.
