And how soon would a state of the art building be obsolete?


I remember when Merryman was first built, it was a pretty nice place and that wasn't very long ago. Now it's considered a dump.

I hope I live long enough to see the economic bubble that supports college football and men's basketball burst. And, IMO, the sooner the better.
