Honestly, as CC (I think) has said we should build a replacment

across the street. Build it state of the art with a top notch weight room. Then demolish current Merryman. Take the space currently occupied by Merryman and go back to having two 100 yard outdoor fields. Build a walkway across the street to the new facility.

That said, that's assuming we have the cash to do this and we don't.
