San Francisco might have the most expensive real estate in the country, with Manhattan as it's only rival. Now I learn the Pac-12 administrators are paid 2X the SEC and B1X salaries, the picture seems to be falling into place. They are nothing but a bloated top heavy organization.

They are definitely between a rock and a hard place. Appears they need someone from outside of the organization to step in, burn it to the ground, then start over with a clean sheet of paper.
