Him not sharing info, has nothing to do with his personality type. I guess I feel like you don't rise to the top of his profession if you don't know what you're doing. I have seen quiet coaches be successful, and I've seen guys that hoot and holler fail. But overall I don't think we know enough about the man to say he is an introvert. I can tell you that the videos we saw in his first year (which I can only assume he shut down) showed a man that was all over the practice field, getting after it. Also, his pre-game speeches were really, really good. His sideline demeanor is an act, he even admits as much in interviews
