Introversion has nothing to do with it.
There’s nothing about being an introvert that would cause someone to have a more closed environment, to be more reserved, to be more business like. Those are all either strategic or stylistic decisions Fuente has (or hasn’t) made. Introverts are equally as likely or unlikely as extraverts to be emotional, business like, or to decide its to one’s strategic advantage to hold information closely. None of the things you’re concerned about have anything to do with introversion and introverts have no inherent advantage or disadvantage to being good football coaches. Extraverts just can’t seem to resist stating that introversion is somehow bad, abnormal, or a disadvantage. But this is not true. This can be easily proven but let’s just use one single data point: Bill Belichick is an introvert.
