He was chosen to go to the Elite 11, so there must be some good talent. The coaches and others were recruiting him so they saw excellent potential.

We need to have patience and he needs a lot of practice. 14 other P 5 teams wanted him so there
is a feeling he can be a very good QB.

Top 300 and 247 rating a .9048 speaks to potential. The true ability will come out on game day.

What I was concerned about was that some were already starting to write him off based on no real information. Just as a few might look at a new QB as a great savior.
