My idea to get to Power 65 and playoff....

Assumptions: Need some semblance of regional rivalries. Conferences need to cooperate. 64 is the number plus ND. Not sure if ND prefers affiliation with ACC or just do an affiliation with the power 64.

ACC adds Kentucky and WVU
BIG adds Kansas and ISU, both AAU schools
SEC adds OU, OSU and KSU. All border existing SEC states
PAC12 gets State of Texas and the Longhorn network. UT, TTU, TCU, and Baylor. They have to take Baylor to get UT.

8 team playoff with the four conference winners, ND if in the top 10, and 3 at large.
