VT like others took advantage of the 4 game rule to let QP get in for a few plays. Most were RPO runs and that worked fine.

He only had 5 passes and 4 came against Pitt is a game were we were already beaten badly. He was 1 for 4 and Pitt's defense had made it hard all day for us to do much at all offensively. I suspect QP was instructed to throw the ball away if there was not a play.

Any QB that gets to Elite 11 is very good.
