IMHO he is trying to get the PAC to go to 16, which they need to do badly!

Especially if they can get Texas or Oklahoma or both.

The schools that are against expansion need to feel threatened to vote for expansion. Which by the way, they should be threatened. The other conferences are starting to leave them way behind.
