A China Trade Deal would seem to stimulate the market, but in the past


often times it's been buy the rumor and sell the news. With the economy slowing and the bull market late cycle, there could be a lot of selling soon after a deal is announced. It will be interesting to see how IP theft is addressed, if at all. General Keane spent an hour on Levin discussing America's Adversaries. China's goal is to dominate Asian Pacific and force US exit, and to be the Global Leader in late 2030s. China wants to dominate 5G, and is far ahead in satellite killing ability, which puts the US at great risk as everything bounces off satellites. I'm not in favor of giving China anything but fair, free trade.
