Personally, I don't understand it because we're talking like an hour difference either way. If they school systems really cared about the sleep time of high schoolers, they wouldn't start class until 11 am or Noon.

And, then I wonder what about the studies of how waking up early affects the younger kids?

Just don't think it's worth such a drastic change for just a little bit of time.
