I might be looking for work (facilities mgr.) soon. The thing I don’t care for is that people (read; old employers) can see my profile w/o me knowing who is checking it out. Idk, that bothers me a little even though it shouldn’t.

I know you are an HR guy so I would appreciate your opinion/advice. TIA
