It looks to me that IIIb. says the tie goes to the higher nationally ranked


team which doesn’t make sense to me for the ACCT (which is UL right now). Surprised it’s not H2H which to me would be the way you would compare how the teams played in the ACC.

If VT can somehow beat DU, then they should have only 6 Ls and then it wouldn’t matter.
