It's like a version of Mel Kiper + Shyrone Stith...they have to learn to


be both honest in self-assessment and really listen to people who tell them what they might not want to hear.

There's no real shame in being a P5 backup QB. None. But you're not going to start for another P5 team unless you're an exceptional talent. Other teams have to manage their rosters too.
