I need referrals for Engineering recruiters for my son - He is a UK ME


He is currently a Systems Engineer with 1 year at Siemens (HVAC Innovation) in downtown Chicago and he interned at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Georgetown, KY and at Big Ass Fans.

He is open to relocation and he is interested in aerospace / aircraft industry. Siemens has him doing programming and he is more hands-on - plus Chicago is really cold!

Both my wife and I are VT (not engineers) multi-degreed grads.
