LoL. heard you the first time..yeah..I will say what I really think...

D-Hall is not a bad person at all. I actually live in the community he resides in. He is a good dude, he loves his family, the game of football. and his Hokies too....But....if I were Fuente no way would I hire him without him before he proved himself elsewhere. And as much as folks want to make this about Fuente....I bet Bud would be cautious too. It was only Hall saying he was a finalist for those positions, and all those articles are from blog sites or sports talk radio. Yet we jumped all over it as if he is some sort of coaching guru. I am not buying that.

Hiring Hall is a risky hire. Cornell Brown came on board with some NFL experience and no college, I think we can all agree it didn't work. Bud Foster didn't say as much, but he could have kept Brown if he wanted to. When Brown left our staff for Norfolk State of all places (he is at Marshall now) he made a cryptic post on Twitter about being told his work wasn't good enough. To Brown's credit he also said he would work harder to prove he could succeed. Yeah....if things didn't work out with D-Hall...you best believe it wouldn't be a humble exit. It would be scorched earth. That's all I am saying.
