Then I understand where they're coming from...lol


But we (me and my siblings) were never paid an allowance. We also had chores that we had to do (without pay), but we considered that our contribution to the family.

We also paid for our cars, including insurance/maintenance/etc. We also paid our way through college. Kids growing up with millennial parents are different today...lol
