Bending stiffness is a function of moment of inertia and Young's Modulus.

Bending stiffness is not a material property - it is related to the geometry of the section as well as the material stress-strain properties. Increase the moment of inertia of a section for a given material and the bending stiffness increases.
My engineering degree was 43 years ago, but I remember the fundamentals.
