They lack depth. MANY college programs, even the elite who recruit these All-Americans only go 6-7-8 deep. You see the stars but then you see a bench full of people who don't play. For all of these 1000s of college recruits across the country, few play. So Duke has limited depth. So does UNC... or they don't choose to play those players on the bench when they probably could
