better.......great post but to address your first sentence. I am one of those that often throw names out there.... (Hall, Grove, Kam, Tapp). They are Virginia guys that played at VT and have NFL experience...I think they could bring something to the team, not calling for them to be the OC (may be a bad example) right away. Maybe they pan out and maybe not, just like any other coach. I know that just because someone played for VT and in the NFL doesn't mean they can coach.

To my knowledge, Tapp is a QC coach at Central Michigan, Grove is coaching high school, Hall has no coaching experience but was considered at murland and the Redskins, and I haven't heard anything about Kam.
