Agree about more action. I guess my complaint is all about consistency and

stalling rarely called in the 1st period, where (IMO) there is an element of doubt. At 197/285 the 1st period is all about collar ties and establishing heavy hands. Why don't we see calls/warnings during the 1st period at those weights?
