I thin there is a difference between engaged and connected! For MY part->

I was QUITE engaged in the program wirth the new sheriff in town (I still am). I felt pretty disconnected by lack of access and information for the very beginning. I'm one of those people you mention who couldn't make practice, BUT, back in the day, I hung on the words of the TSL guys and others who COULD!

With no access whatsoever, I am still engaged, but have never felt more disconnected from the football program, even during the season. I feel VERY much kept in the deep dark.

NOW, the real problem with that is, it's a short trip for many (if not most) people from disconnected to disengaged, especially when the losses start to add up. I recognize that, and am such a diehard that i fight through it, but MANY people won't....Then, your point comes home to roost. The connection itself it completely tied to the record. It is the way it works, but I can see a REAL danger...JMO
