My routine

yoga M through F, 5:30am to 6am(at home)
yoga/boot camp class Sat 8am to 9am(at class)
2 hour road bike ride, Sunday. Very hilly terrain, about 3k feet of elevation climb.

Then there's a lot of sex with 25 year old women ....but not sure I count that ;P
