Get some pizza dough and make a heart shaped one. Have fun with picking

toppings and having the granddaughter help by putting them on. Then eat the home made heart pizza. Or do something similar with making heart shaped cookies or cake. Make it an activity (assuming she is young and would enjoy something like that).
