Its more accurate overall. And they wanted people to see $ before election


day. If I were them, though, I would've left it the same because, like you said, lots of people aren't going to notice until refund time. It's dumb for people to think they paid more in taxes because they got a smaller refund, but I get why people are annoyed if they have to pay when they're used to not having to and their circumstances didn't change.
