I'm sure Clemson will take softball seriously. UNC and Notre Dame have history on their side. NC State and Tech hired new promising coaches. UVA and BC upgraded their facilities. Louisville is presently ranked in the Top 40. Georgia Tech used to be competitive. Don't know what's going on at Pitt. A lot of the softball recruits and their families will chose ACC schools because they can watch their daughters on TV or ESPN3 (ACCN) 30+ times during the season.
